Keyhole Satellite Viewer
One of the links to the right is a link to Keyhole. This is software that taps into satellite photos so you can zoom in on cities and houses across the world.
Don't worry, it' s not real time - most of the photos are a year or two old. I'm not spying on you in my spare time
The software is pretty demanding, so you need to have a decent computer to use it. And it's still in development stages, so only major cities and areas are viewable at the moment. Another piece of software that performs a similar function is at usaphotomaps found at http://jdmcox.com/ . It's also very cool, but the photos are several years old, black and white and don't let you zoom in very closely. But the coverage is much more extensive at this point.
